An atmospheric break in the charming café in an old grocery store and post-office building by the harbour
The café is situated in beautiful surroundings close to the sea in Skálavík. Here, you can enjoy coffee while observing the crashing waves from the east.
Originally a general store, the cosy building has been home to the family business for four generations. The interior design nods to the past decades of use and seeks to create a homey feeling. The café is an excellent stop for visitors looking for food or drinks.
In 2021, the family expanded the business and opened a brand new guesthouse, “Guesthouse Mølin,” to accommodate the many visitors to the island.
