People of the Faroe Islands | Episode 8

Episode 8, and the final episode of this miniseries, follows fisherman Tórik Ábraham Rouah on the hunt for Northern Fulmar. Years ago, this seabird was rarely spotted and seen as an omen of bad weather. Nowadays, young birds are hunted with nets whilst they’re too fat to fly and eaten in many households during autumn.
