Episode 7 follows the team at Fiskastykkið, a historic building turned cafe in Sandvágur. Jónleyg and Beinta share the history of the building, originally a Bacalao warehouse, and the importance of preserving and keeping its memory alive. Sonni, head chef, proudly shares the story of his grandad, who worked at the warehouse decades before.
