Episode 2 follows Niels and Carina, co-owners of the cosy eatery renowned for its red paint and grass roof. Situated in the centre of Tórshavn, we join the couple at Paname Cafe as they reflect on the constant need to adapt as a small business and how Niels became the local Pit Master.
