The fifth Closed for Maintenance event was held between april 20th- and 21st. More than 100 volunteers worked at 10 different sites:

1 - Árnafjørður

2 - Skarð

3 - Leirvík

4 - Fuglajførður

5 - Slættaratindur

6 - Kaldbak

7 - Gásadalur

8 - Nólsoy

9 - Sandoy

10 - Suðuroy

Work was done far between villages and on high elevation, including the country’s highest mountain of Slættaratindur. Work was also done on a pathway along a river in Trongisvágur and at the legendary viking ruins in Leirvík. 
Cairns were being build and signs, gates and ladders installed, so that it is safer and easier to navigate on between towns and villages.
