With origins in the roaring surf and howling winds, Eli Tausen á Lava embodies the spirit of resilience that defines the 18 rocky islands the Faroese call home. As a child, he learned to appreciate the stillness between storms — the whispering draft in the window frame, the crackle and creak of the hearth, the murmur of his grandmother in the kitchen. These sounds became the lifeblood of his music, where every note is intentional and every silence holds profound meaning.

The concert starts at 8:00 PM and is free of charge.
