We invite you to an authentic knitting club experience

Skýming offers a unique insight into Faroese culture, locals' homes, and everyday lives

Gunnvá and Elin invite you into their private homes for an authentic ‘bindiklubb’ (knitting club) experience. With a passion for Faroese handcraft, they will teach you about Faroese wool, knitting patterns and the culture of ‘bindiklubb’. While you knit together, they serve coffee, tea and homemade cake. All guests will receive a bag of Faroese yarn, needles, and a homemade knitting pattern. Feel free to bring your needlework or simply enjoy the excellent company. New knitters receive instructions.
