In Fuglafjørður we celebrate Bright Friday, as the Christmas lights are shining

While most of the world calls this Friday 'Black', we prefer to call it 'Bright', as all the Christmas lights in town have been turned on, and people are in a happy mood.

The shops are open until 5.30 or 8pm with a bright price reduction.
At Ribarhús, the historic old store with the handicraft shop, gallery and coffee shop, the rooms are filled with homemade Christmas gifts.
The coffee shop serves delicious soup and marvellous cakes.

When you need a more substantial meal, you can visit Restaurant Muntra from noon till 8pm or the local pizzaria from 5pm.
