All bread, cakes, and baked goods are homemade, and rhubarb is freshly picked from their garden. They also offer homemade sausages and other traditional delicacies, rich in natural and authentic flavours.

Bjørk is a creative spirit who works as an artist, hairdresser, and yoga instructor, and her creativity is reflected throughout their home. Andor is a fisherman with a deep connection to the sea and the Faroese mountains. He often hikes and holds a profound respect for nature and its resources.
