Church Remains

At Líkhúsfløtti (Morturary field) are the remains of a church and churchyard from the 15th century. It lies about 100 metres east of the Cathedral ruin.
This church is believed to have been dedicated to the Irish seafarers saint, St. Brandan. Today, most of the church has vanished into the sea but some of parts of the wall are still visible.

Visiting the site is free of charge. Please be aware, that the walls are vulnerable so please do not lean or walk on the ruins.
