Norðoyri

Discover Norðoyri, a charming village south of Klaksvík with rich Viking history and stunning Faroe Islands scenery.

Norðoyri, or as locals call the village, Oyri, is a small village to the south of Klaksvík.
The village dates back from viking times, but has grown exponantially since the 1980's.
The village is now home to more than 150 people. Oyri is a part of Klaksvík municipality.
