Visit the Tourist Information Centre for good advice, handicrafts and coffee

The Regional Information Centre in Fuglafjørður on the island of Eysturoy is located inside the historic building with the Old Store and Gallery Ribarhús.

Special opening hours for Jan. - Feb. 2026:
Mon-Tue & Thu-Fri: 10 - 15
The office is closed on Wednesdays

From May - August:
Mon-Tue & Thu-Fri: 9am-4pm,
Wednesdays: closed

From Sept. - April:
Mon-Tue & Thu-Fri: 10am-4pm,
Wednesdays: closed

The handicraft shop is open Mon-Fri: 3pm-5.30pm, and Sat. 11am-2pm.
The shop is also accessible when the office is open. The coffee shop is open, when the shutters are open.
