Visit Heibrith for some quality flow yoga in the scenic village of Velbastaður, only a few minutes’ drive from Tórshavn.

The yoga session is outside and offers a unique panoramic view, beautiful nature and fresh air. During this one-hour session, we work with strength, flexibility and balance.

You do not need to bring anything with you and at the end of session, Heibrith offers some herbal water or tea.
