Concert with the two choirs: Spectrum (IS) and Torshavn Chamber choir (FO)

Incicated in the name, Spectrum's spectrum is large, both in music genres and themes. Love, faith and ruthlessness of nature are among the themes that will be performed at the choir's concert in Vesturkirkjan.
Spectrum, conducted by conductor and opera singer Inveldur Ýr, likes to challenge che concept of choir and we can look forward to an exciting performance of high quality. They sing in Icelandic, English, Irish, Swedish, Latin and Faroese a mix of folk songs, modern music, jazz, rock and pop.
Torshavn Chamber choir is conducted by Bernharður Wilkinson. The local choir, established in 1985 has throughout the years enriched the Faroese musical scene both in the country and on many travels abroad. The content of the music is modern/contemporary as well as classical and renessance music from both Faroese and international origin.

All in all, be wellcome, there will be something for everyone.
The concert is free of charge, and the duration is approximately 55 minutes.
