Strendur & Skála – Past and Present
Travel on to Strendur and Skála, villages where tradition meets modern development. In Skála, discover a hidden waterfall near a scenic outdoor pool and learn about its role during WWII. The village also hosts the islands' largest shipyard and drydock.

Throughout the day, your guide will share local folklore, from tales of Huldufólk (hidden people) to Viking legends. The journey also includes a drive through the Eysturoy Tunnel—the world’s only undersea tunnel with a roundabout.
