Everything is free, though registration is required for some workshops and the film.

While the event is open, it is possible to purchase an eco-friendly meal from the café, Tita.

🕛1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – CANCELLED The Carpentry Workshop: Take an insect hotel home with you 🏠🪳🦋
Drop-in workshop in Danish: Kim Neider, gardener at the Agricultural Agency, organizes a simple building workshop.

🕛1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – The Compost House: Take a living ecosystem home with you ♻️🌱
Drop-in workshop: Tjóðhild Patursson, who runs the restaurant Tita in the Nordic House, organizes a practical composting and planting workshop.

🕛1:00 PM – 4:00 PM – The Repair Workshop: Get your remote-controlled or mechanical toys working again 🪀🚗🛠️
Drop-in workshop: Has your mechanical toy stopped moving, lighting up, or making sound? Bring it along, and together we will investigate if it can be repaired. Kári á Torkilsheyggi and Oddmar Dam lead this fun repair workshop.

🕛2:00 PM – Guided Tour for Children and Adults 🧒🧑
We are organizing an easy and eventful tour for those who want to know more about the Nordic House. The tour is for children aged approximately 3–8 years accompanied by their adults. Please wear appropriate clothes and shoes, as we will be both indoors and outdoors. The tour is free, but participation is limited, so registration is required at nlh.fo.

🕛4:00 PM – Family Cinema: Flow 🐈‍⬛🎥
A unique, beautiful, and award-winning animation film from the Baltics about a cat forced onto a boat with various other animals when her world is hit by a flood. The film has no dialogue and is suitable for ages 6 and up. Tickets are available on the website nlh.fo.
