The Stewart Brothers Guitar Duo (FO/SCO)

Spanish guitar interpretations of contemporary songs

With acoustic Spanish guitar tones, Stewart Brothers Guitar Duo breathes new life into modern songs by artists such as Queen, Foo Fighters, and Norah Jones, as well as musical gems from Mexico and Cuba. Their interpretations create an intimate and deeply moving atmosphere.
The duo consists of brothers Graham and Neil Stewart, who grew up with a Faroese mother and a Scottish father. Their musical collaboration is built on a lifelong bond that began in childhood with a shared fascination for the guitar's sound. Today, they are based in Scotland, from where they travel the world with their atmospheric and enchanting interpretations.
In July 2025, they will release their debut album, Songs Without Words, produced by Óli Poulsen. The album is a beautiful, instrumental work that celebrates music’s power to speak without words.
Graham Stewart is well known to many from the Faroese 1980s band Hjarnar, where he played guitar on the hit Breaking Heart – a song that still resonates with audiences today.
Both brothers are active contributors to the Faroese and British music and visual arts scenes.
