International Maritime Exhibition

Since its inception in 2001, the Atlantic Fair has become a leading international maritime trade fair in the North Atlantic, with the Faroe Islands at its center. The event focuses on the fishing, aquaculture, and maritime industries.
Held biennially in Klaksvík—the fishing industry capital and second-largest city of the Faroe Islands—the fair serves as a key platform for industry professionals. It fosters business connections and provides valuable insights into the latest industry advancements.
The 2024 edition underscored its international significance, with 183 companies from 15 countries exhibiting and 3,600 visitors from 23 countries attending.
Beyond the exhibition, the Atlantic Fair hosts a series of insightful lectures that explore key business areas and celebrate outstanding achievements in the industry. These events facilitate knowledge-sharing and networking opportunities among manufacturers, suppliers, and customers.
The Faroe Islands are well-connected via direct flights from Denmark, Norway, Iceland, France, England, and Scotland, as well as by ferry from Denmark. This accessibility enhances international attendance and collaboration, further strengthening the fair's reputation as a global gathering for the maritime industry.
