THE MEETING PARTNER NETWORK IN THE FAROE ISLANDS

The MEETING PARTNER NETWORK in the Faroe Islands has developed a sustainable events guide for the whole industry to protect and maintain our environment, distinct culture and fragile nature. The toolguide is available in this link.

The Faroe Islands are unspoiled and unordinary. The partners agree, that it is our common responsibility and interest to maintain our islands this way.

We are located remotely in the middle of the North Atlantic ocean, and it’s impossible to get here without leaving a footprint. Our national airline Atlantic Airways are working ambitiously towards minimising their CO2 emission as stated in this article

All partners are doing their utmost, so that you will be able to travel sustainably whilst being in the Faroe Island for an event.

The MICE network meets once every two months to discuss and plan how the Faroe Islands can become a more sustainable tourism and meeting destination.
