Sandágerð beach
The beach in Tórshavn
Sandágerð - the largest beach in Tórshavn - a good place to go with your kids. Bring the bucket and a shovel, and maybe a packed lunch.
Let them play on the beach and collect shells and stones while you enjoy the view over the fjord and the island of Nólsoy.
There are also gees, ducks, hens and other birds.
Here are picnic tables, a changing room and a toilet.
