BRIMHEIM IN LØKSHØLL

We are proud and excited to present a concert with Brimheim at Løkshøll on Saturday evening, October 19th this year.

Brimheim is one of the most prominent stars on the alternative pop and rock scene both locally and internationally. Since her debut album "Can't hate myself into a different shape" (2022), Faroese-Danish Helena Rebensdorff has truly established herself as a powerful and unyielding diamond, unlike any other.

She pushes boundaries and is difficult to categorize as she explores and visits the dark, intimate, and relentless corners of the mind with her distinctive voice, words, and tones. Her musical expression and production range from the tender, haunting, to the raw, grandiose, and the lyrics are challenging and profound.

Brimheim has received very positive reviews from critics, both local and international. Over the past two years, she has won several Faroese Music Awards for, among others, Album of the Year, Band, Song, Singer, and Identity. She has also been nominated for "Årets Talent" (Talent of the Year) in 2022 and "Årets Håb" (Hope of the Year) in 2021 and has performed at major international festivals such as The Great Escape, Eurosonic, Reeperbahn Festival, Roskilde, Iceland Airwaves, KEXP, and is also scheduled to perform at the Olympics.

On Saturday evening, October 19th at 8:00 PM, Brimheim and her band will take the stage at Løkshøll and are sure to deliver a powerful and unique concert experience.
